ATTENTION: Same Data, New Look

On November 16th, as a part of our effort to improve services and value to our customers, HASA has transitioned from ProviderAssist to a new tool, the Virtual Health Record (VHR), for viewing patient data. 

If you have not been given access to the VHR yet, please reach out to our helpdesk at support@hasatx.org with your name, email address, organization, phone number where you can be reached, and supervisor's name and email address. 

If you have already been given access to the VHR, please use that to view patient data moving forward. You can access it here.
